With over 20 years of experience in IT business solutions and consulting, Tony has built a career helping organizations align technology with strategic business goals. He’s worked across diverse industries including distribution, manufacturing, trading, retail and shared services and across multiple regions such as Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

In his most recent role as Managing Partner at Xpliancy, and previously as Group Business Solutions Director for a multinational conglomerate, he spearheaded IT strategy and solution implementations across more than 19 operating companies. His responsibilities included overseeing enterprise applications, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with C-level executives and board members to ensure that technology initiatives aligned with both financial goals and organizational objectives.

With a background in finance, he brings a strong ability to connect technical decisions with business value. He’s led the successful implementation of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, D365 F&O, D365 BC, SAP B1, and JD Edwards, as well as core platforms like TMS (Kyriba), WMS, Oracle EPM, Snowflake, BI tools, and SharePoint.
