D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Participate in systems design and implementation and support for building processes and requirements, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and user support for CRM applications.

Experienced in Presales Activities.

Supporting project-related tasks to complete customer implementations of the Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Good at programming, customization and configuring Microsoft CRM system.

Good understanding related to sales and marketing management life cycle.

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in CRM implementation, system design or related business experience.

Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
