Business Development Manager​

If you are an entrepreneurial and communicative person who can take initiatives and create new business opportunities, join us as Business Development Manager. You will be engaged in pre-sales and account management, market screening and business development in the Microsoft Dynamics areas. An ideal candidate will need to take responsibility for her/his actions as well as to have a strong determination and target-oriented approach.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  1. University level education in Economics, IT, Finance, Business Administration, Management or Entrepreneurship
  2. Excellent language skills, very good English skills are essential
  3. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably selling ERP systems
  4. Knowledge and understanding of UAE ERP market
  5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. The Employee will regularly conduct presentations for clients
  6. Successful experience in negotiations, supervision and influencing others
  7. Proven self-starting and entrepreneurial spirit, that allows to work independently and to take responsibility for her/his actions
  8. Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify, develop and follow up new business opportunities as well as set up and lead meetings with potential new clients
  2. Actively acquire new contacts and nurture existing ones through own actions and attendance at trade shows and conferences
  3. Client meetings & presentations (travel mainly within UAE)
  4. Generate and take an active role in RFP processes
  5. Define goals and lead the preparation of presentations & product demos for client meetings supported by highly qualified technical teams
  6. Lead and coordinate proposal preparation, cooperate with other departments (for sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.) to prepare on-time, high quality proposals
  7. Day-to-day management of new as well as existing accounts
