What are HR and Payroll Software?

HR and Payroll are two different things:

1. HR: HR stands for human resource and it is an HRMS is a system / software that is used to track the employee’s work progress and also secure the employee’s data.
2. Payroll: It is a software that manages employee’s salaries, bonuses, increments, deductions, advances and much more.
