1. CAMP EXPENSES:
In this function the camp boss will be able to record all camp petty expenditures and any received cash from the management, the result will be a statement of receipts & expenses These transactions can be picked-up by the ERP to record the expenses on ERP.
2. RESPONDING TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC:
Camp master responses to the global attempts to sustain healthiness and resist pandemics like the current COVID-19 disease with the following features:

3. DOCUMENT EXPIRY:

This function is used to record employees inside and outside the camp, this can be used manually or via integration with attendance devices like gate control & Biometric \ Face recognition devices.
5. VISITOR LOGS+ GATE CONTROL:
This function helps the security office to log visitors in the camp, this can be used manually or by integration with EID card reader.
6. JOINERS TRAINING:
This function will alert the camp boss about the training courses to be attended by new joiners once joined, where the camp boss can update the training status for each attendee for the HR department to follow up about the employees completed trainings, courses can be for Fire Drills, First Aid and other profession-related courses.
7. DISCIPLNE:
The camp boss can use this function to record discipline points for the camp employees based on incidents, each employee can gain positive or negative points based on the action itself, this will be reported by the end of period to the HR department for evaluation.
8. BUILDING ALLOCATION:
To arrange picking the right employees from the airport to the right place they should be checked in, an accommodation manager can allocate the new arrivals to camps, this will help the transportation team to drop the right people in the right camp, and it will also alert camp bosses about the new joiners.
9. ON-SITE EVALUATION:
This page is accessible by site managers to report any misbehavior of the employees in external sites.
10. SERVICE REQUESTS:
This function helps the accommodation team to log incidents and complaints from the camp \ accommodation residents and gain approvals to assign them to technicians or to generate job orders for the facility team to operate on it.
11. INVENTORY/ASSET MANAGEMENT:
This function is considered a full inventory management module where the team can receive items like assets and spare parts or appliances, into the camp’s warehouse, transfer them to other warehouses \ rooms inside the camp, consume them and dispose them when needed, along with quantity control, serial number tracking, expiry dates alerts and more.
12. REPORTING:
The system provides several standard data-based & statistical reports along with smart charts that can be customized based on the gathered requirements, also it provides instant data export from all data grid in the system pages to multiple formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, Copy to Clipboard & Print).
